This helps resolve aspnet#162 and other issues that users may face when they want to use the client-side library manager feature in Visual Studio.

Thanks for your PR, but we won't be able to take it. Hardcoing versions in the description will make it hard to maintain those, as we will now need to remember and manually update the text every time we update dependencies. |
