@key property no longer defined after update to Handlebars 3.0 #27

We no longer see the @key property in the context of an each block helper.

I've verified that this breaks on 3.0 and works on 2.0.

This is possibly related to to #24 and #26 , but @key was not mentioned in either of those tickets.

I think I'm currently experiencing a similar issue where {{@index}} is not outputting anything which may be related.

Same issue as assemble/grunt-assemble#22.
