Include the Rust SDK with the other Astarte SDK documentation

The documentation here is outdated and need to be changed. To do so, we need to integrate the publish pipeline that can be found here in the zephyr CI.

We will also need to update the placeholder in the actual doc repository https://github.com/astarte-platform/sdk-doc
