Allow indexes (colors) with different shapes other than (m1-m2)

Currently the code only allows to process color indexes of the form (m1-m2). There are other types of indexes, like those shown in Monguió et al. (2016):

The code should accept these indexes. It can't be done generally, so it must be done for each photometric system manually.
