Swap: error fetching quote when setting tokenOut, TIA -> USDC

Description

Error fetching quote when specifying token out amount for TIA -> USDC swap. Specifying token in amount works, though. Happening whether wallet is connected or not, and with both Keplr and Metamask. Tested whole number amounts, "0." leading amounts, and decimal point leading amounts, all failing.
