This Garmin watch face gives you the time as well as the time until the coffee (11:00 weekdays) and tea breaks (15:30 weekdays) at the Insititute of Astronomy, Cambridge. You can also edit your preferred lunch time in settings.
N.B. This is an early version so things like bank holidays and time zones haven't been supported yet.
