Optimise The recent workflow & add testing coverage

• The current UI Testing Workflow takes 10 minutes to run, the task now is to improve this workflow and reduce the running time .
• Add a suite for testing coverage

Going through the component tests for the website, some more work can be done to improve on them. Some of the issues I want to work on include:

• reducing test flakiness
• pair more tests together; The tests are written like unit tests which less efficient. Cypress runs a bunch of cleanup and setup functions btw it blocks so they recommend not breaking tests up unnecessarily.
• make better use of cypress commands
• expand test scenarios

@SalihuDickson We are trying to phase-out Cypress by migrating AsyncAPI website to TypeScript.
I don't think we need this feature implemented as of now

Understandable, @anshgoyalevil. Thanks for getting back to me. Only wish you had told me before I spent all that time rewriting the tests😅. If I may ask, what other testing frameworks are in consideration to replace cypress.
