Same problem on two brand new devices.

Same here with new devices. Mines got stuck after that and after removal/insert of battery ended bricked :(

Please also try it with a different device for example an Android device.

If that should also fail its possible to recover them via the wired flashing

I test W10 Edge and Android

The first device worked with the manual, second and third device i have the above situation.

Update: I test it again this morning over Android with Chrome Browser. After find the device and connecting, the connection not Interrupt and i can flash the zigbee image. After that i test it under W10 with Edge and it won't work. The first flash with custom firmware pass. After that the device lost connection after 2-3 seconds and is not flashable.
