TypeError: $.addParams is not a function

Amazing framework, i completed the quickstart and now i am stuck in this tutorial. After setting up crud for user model i opened it in browser and everything was working perfectly but when i clicked on Add New User, it displayed a model with a loader and the loader is there forever and in console i am getting following error.

TypeError: $.addParams is not a function

here is one more problem, the following script url in the generated code

http://ui.agiletoolkit.org/js/lib/atk4JS.js

is redirecting to

https://www.agiletoolkit.org/
