naming convention:: adding the string "sdx" for OXP to check easier.

In general, standardize the structure of the breakdown object, so the OXP provisioning agent (NAPP, or LC plug-in) can have a unified input. Basically, a couple of wrapper filed on top of the current breakdown object.
