[Bug Report] Fake Shotgun Guy Sprite Glitch

On Level 20 and Level 21 a weird glitch happens where there's a weird fake shotgun guy sprite and a real one in the same place, if you use IDCLEV to warp to Level 20 or 21, it isn't there.

Anyway here are recording of both loading from my save file and using IDCLEV on both levels.
