Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The Amazon Linux 2022 (AL2022) preview just got released, it does not have support for the epel repo as of now.
Previously in AL2, you could enable epel by installing amazon-linux-extras, however they have stated that they will no longer include extras here.

Describe the solution you'd like
An alternative method for installing certbot on AL2022 (I'd like to continue avoiding snaps)

Describe alternatives you've considered
Use a certbot alternative - preferably one that can be curled and is system agnostic.

Additional context
