I added a couple of components, renamed others

didn't restart the container in between...

the result was stale metrics for the old names being reported (until I figured I shall have restarted the containers)

For me this is just an inconvenience, so not a bug or system specific problem.
You could create a cronjob to restart the service(or docker container) at a specified time.
