The current AdminControlled contract which is used for bridged tokens, should utilize the same ownership transfer mechanisms and other improvements that were described in rainbow-bridge#659 and rainbow-bridge#741. The proposal is to introduce it in the separate contract AdminControlledV2 to provide backward compatibility and clear history for future migrations.
