new version v07

There's a new V07 version we can download, this currently goes back to 2000:

and importantly has data past Oct 2021 up to present.
@DamienIrving we'll have to host both v06 and v07 while we finalise this download and in case someone is still working with the previous version, hopefully it won't be for long

V07 is currently downloading for 2023, then I'll move back through the years.

Note: 2023 currently only goes to 31st May, they seem to be slowly updating this year.

Thanks, that's expected as it's usually a few months from present day, as this is the "final" version that would have gone through QC etc.

Ok this has finally finished downloading and concatenating. The data is located here: /g/data/ia39/aus-ref-clim-data-nci/gpm/data/V07

Currently has data from 01-06-2000 to 31-05-2023

@paolap 2 questions on this:

1. V07 has data until 30-11-2023 and looks to be releasing the data a bit quicker this year. Do we still want V06B data stored in ia39?
2. For V07 I still have the 30min files saved and have concatenated them into daily files. Should the 30min files be deleted once the daily files have been produced?
