Issues at NET 9 and 8

Hi, I was trying to run the demo in my MAUI Solution with Net 9 preview, but doesn't work, and then I try to download and run your demo with Net 8 and doesn't work, is it something that Microsoft have intrudce in our system, like security or something else?
