U uživatele v adminu chybí zaškrtávátko "aktivní" a hodnota tohoto fieldu se nastavuje pokaždé jinak.
Superuseři by to mělo mít možnost nastavit v sekci "Práva a přístupy" a u administrátorů jednotek by to zřejmě mělo být nastavené na hodnotu aktivní.
