OTel context propagation using this module requires some modifications to the mule application code. Due to the restrictions in the runtime, auto-propagation cannot be supported (eg. #12). To help users, review and document the context propagations when using modules such as HTTP Request, Anypoint MQ, JMS etc.

Documentation has been updated with recent releases. Refer to the context propagation section in the docs.
