Release 5.1.2

Motivation:

When we dont keep track these things, its possible we miss on merge of commits say when we want to do a 5.2.0 release or becomes difficult to understand what needs to go in as part of flavors release.

Considering this 5.1.2 since 5.1.1 has already gone live, and documented here: https://github.com/avniproject/avni-product/releases

As part of this server release - avniproject/avni-server#648 - has gone live

Steps mentioned here that are pending, needs to be completed.
