Need:

There are some cases with syncing of audit information which are not evident and hence which could be interpreted as bugs. Hence it is good to be documented with reasons for the behavior.

Analysis:

Below are the few things I know, that I think can be added to readme.

  • With the already existing data, when user upgrades to 7.0, audit info for old data will not display
  • With fresh sync with 7.0 - audit info for encounters alone will not display for old data
  • And new data need to be synced, to see the user audit info.
  • For encounter, date when filled is used, rather than created.

I think one line can be added about - audit fields will be missing for all data(not only encounters) unless freshly synced
