Branching and release notes for 7.3.0

Need:

Some of the issues raised by users are now waiting for a couple of months though they are fixed. Hence as part of this release, we aim to release the urgent fixes that client are awaiting now for long time.

AC:

• Create branch and release notes to release fixes made as part of below cards as patch release.
• Make necessary changes in prerelease server(migrations) to be able for the QA to test - would also help in making sure all the required fixes are in the branch to be released.
• Update in release notes of 7.2.0 for Blank screen on clicking Missed calls report card avni-client#1292
