Not able to access any subjects I am org admin for that particular organisation #1048

Describe the bug
Not able to access any subjects though i am an admin user

Click on DEA click on subject see the error

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. login with nupoor@saahas
  2. Click on DEA
  3. Click on any subject type
  4. See error

Expected behavior
User is avle to see the data

Looks like some config in prerelease might be pointing to prod s3 bucket - Need to fix to be able to test other things in DEA and to prevent rising of such issues during bugbash.

When setting up prerelease, we need to remove all icons as they will be pointing to s3 buckets that they do not have access to. We were gentler in handling them earlier, but it seems like we are stricter now.

  • Create details of setting up prerelease database
  • Add these specific details there

Also removed all subject profile pictures.
