App gives error when accessing subject type by super admin

Describe the bug
App gives '500' and access denied when trying to access subject type having icon with the super admin user

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login with a super admin user
2. Go to one of the RWB orgs or any other org with subject type having icon
3. Click on one of the subject types having icon
4. See error

Expected behavior
If at all this has to happen, it should degrade gracefully.
