Horizontal overflow issue

Describe the bug
Horizontal overflow is not set to a fixed size, rather it keeps increasing as the rules in the rule builder keep getting bigger

To Reproduce
Have a rule using dropdown, and select multiple options as answers.

I've noticed the horizontal overflow issue in Admin->Upload as well! It seems to be an app wide issue.Is it? Or do we need to resolve it only specific to Form details section?

@ombhardwajj you can fix it based on whether the other places share common code. If not(or not possible to make it common code), then it can be restricted to this 'Form details section' alone.

But independent of that looks like /documentation/sideBarDocumentation have not got built for you. Else it will display like below:
