Describe the bug
Catchment option showing while creating user-based identifier

To Reproduce

Go to https://app.avniproject.org/#/admin/identifierSource
Go to Identifier source and click on 'Create'
Select type 'User based identifier generator'

The catchment option doesn't go away, even though we don't require a catchment for that type.
