Issue:

  • Sample screenshot: The options display when a subject concept is added to a form.

  • The options are relevant for entities(encounters/enrolment/registeration) of only Group and Household subject type. But currently they display for Person and Individual subject type as well.
  • This causes confusion for the person who is configuring the forms.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Show the mentioned options for Subject type concept in forms only associated with Group and Household type of subject types and not for other type of subject types.
