Deletion of Card Creates Duplicate Card in Offline Dashboard

In the web application under the offline dashboard, deleting any card results in the creation of a duplicate of another card.

Environment: Production
Organization: Dinesh Bootcamp or adsruat
User : dinesh@dineshbootcamp

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to the organization.
2. Click on the App Designer.
3. Click on the Offline Dashboard.
4. Click on the Dash.
5. Click on Overview 2.
6. Delete the card.

Expected Result : Deleting a card should remove the card without creating any duplicate cards
Actual Result : Deleting a card removes it but also adds a duplicate card in the section.
