Void Filter Still Displaying in UI for Offline Dashboard

Description :

When we void a filter in the offline dashboard for a card, it gets voided in the backend (database) but still appears in the UI. We need to ensure that voided filters are removed from the UI to prevent user confusion.

env : prod
org : apfodishauat
user : dineshg@apfodishauat

Steps to reproduce :
1.Login to org in the webapp
2.Click on the app designer
3.click on the offline dashboard
4.for any of the card click on the edit and add a filter
5.Save the card and ensure the filter is added
6.Click on the card,edit and delete the filter added

Expected result : The filter should be voided and remove from the UI
Actual result : The filter is voided and still exists in the UI
