[DEA] Not able to select address

Not able to register student on web app in lahi
I am Login with dinesh@lahi try to register student on webapp it gives me error

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login with dinesh@lahi in prerelease
2. click on register
3. fill the data after clicking on location it gives me error

Expected behavior

• user is able to set the address in DEA in LAHI
