Text Overlapping Issue in Duration Field

When entering text values in the "Duration" field, the error message displays as expected. However, the field's header gets overlapped or collides with the error message

env : staging
user : dinesh@teststatus

Steps to reproduce :

1.Login to the app
2.click on the individual
3.Enter the details in the duration other than digits

Expected result : it should display the error and text should not be overlapped
Actual result : error is displayed but the text is overlapped
