Broken screens in avni-webapp for newly created org #1313

Describe the bug
After creating a new org, some screens are broken and User is not sure how to resolve them for himself.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Login as Superadmin in Avni Webapp
  2. Create a new org
  3. Nagiate to following screen and observe the they are broken
    • App designer -> checklist
    • App designer -> checklist
    • Reports

Expected behavior
All avni webapp screens should be functional from the start and be so throughout its lifecycle.
