Remove edit feature for identifier user assignments #1564
Description
Once a set of identifiers has been assigned to a user, we should not be allowed to edit them.
Pooja from IPH SCD, instead of assigning/creating new identifiers for a user, she went ahead and updated the already assigned identifiers.
Which caused the sync to break. Link to the ticket here.
This can be prevented if we remove the ability to edit.
We can maybe let the user edit it if he/she is trying to edit within 10 minutes of creating those identifiers.
