Problems in ecoevo course

• Upload takes so long (happened from large BAM file to small BUSCO/fCAT text file), even when the server is free (no job is running on the g-nom computer node). Sometime it helped by cancelling and submitting again, but did not always work
• Annotation file not found (404 error)
• Search function does not work probably. For example: we saw the annotation, then we clicked at that annotation to get the annotation ID/name, and used the search function to look for that annotation, but it showed/found nothing
• Should check for compatibility of mapping and annotation files and inform the user if they do not match with the assembly (e.g. sequence IDs are not the same between the assembly file and the annotation file,...)
