With the recent release of delegated admin support from AWS SSO, we need to validate:

If the predesigned delegated admin design works with the switch over
Work on any regression issues
Update documentation of repo and workshop to ensure that customers are aware they could use the solution in a delegated admin mode as well

@jmejco , have you finished the validation? If yes, I can update the Readme in the 3.1.7 PR with this information and close the ticket
