Describe the feature you'd like
As a waiting room operator, I'd like to be able to perform a load simulation on the APIs to ensure configuration will scale appropriately.

We want to make the existing Locust tooling easy to deploy and launch.

Let's try to relocate the steps performed at the workstation to the coordinator node or another cloud-hosted resource.

We'll want this to be installed via a CloudFormation template (classic or CDK).

What are our options for parameterizing the installation - using data from the Core stack, for example.
