OpenID Getting Started Sample Stack

This template will create a sample end-to-end stack suitable for starting with the Virtual Waiting Room and OpenID stacks. This template will create infrastructure and OpenID Getting Started Guide will use this in its discussion.

Templates used:
VWR Core
Open ID
Web hosting configuration including Application Load Balancer and web serving host located in a VPC

I am not certain we'll need a custom domain name and certificate for this - we can use the generated domain and default cert.
