Description of changes:
Adds build logic to the plugin
pom.xmlto build the plugin webview and auth module automatically as part of building the plugin. This should eliminate the need to do this separately.By submitting this pull request, I confirm that you can use, modify, copy, and redistribute this contribution, under the terms of your choice.
