I receive errors when attempting to connect to PCUI with firefox 115.7.0esr (64-bit) on Rocky-linux 8 running on an EC2 machine in same VPC.

Upon attempting to connect, after entering username/passord, I get error message:

image

Then clicking through, I ultimately get two red error bars at the top that state:

Error retrieving images: Iinternal server error

image

Yet I can click on images and they are there.
I have cleared my cookies and I have no plug-ins on my firefox session.

Then functionality seems to continue as per normal - though I haven't done much other than view the
Official and Custom Images
View Cluster configuration YAML.

I do not get this when running google-chrome on Rocky 8.

My cluster is running 3.8.0.

Follow up on this. I logged out, logged back in, and just keep getting the first error with the Go Back to Home Page. I click on it, and I just come back to this same error screen. Ultimately, just a white screen. Even more dead. That said, chrome on Linux and Windows work just fine, as well as Edge on Windows.

Confirmed that this is still happening on 3.10.1. Created a completely new AWS account with nothing else in it, ran the PCUI CF template. Created successfully with no errors, Firefox brings up the "Something Went Wrong" window. Chrome no issues.

Hi @gwolski and @JamesWilsonNovel ,

we cannot reproduce the issue with the latest PCUI 2024.11.0, using PC 3.11.1 and Firefox 133.0.3 (aarch64).
What version of PCUI are you using?
Would moving to PCUI 2024.11.0 or more recent versions of Firefox 133+ be an option for you?

Thanks,
Giacomo
