Serverless Java Container version: 1.6.1
Implementations:Jersey
Framework version:Jersey 2.34
Frontend service:REST API
Deployment method:Console
Scenario
I'm wondering if it's possible to use @Inject for my own classes in the REST controllers? A RequestScoped or ApplicationScoped bean.
Actual behavior
I get an exception that the class couldn't be injected
@Produces(MediaType.APPLICATION_JSON)
@Path("customers")
@RequestScoped
public class CustomerResource {
@Inject
private Database database;
public CustomerResource() {
}
@GET
public Response getAllCustomers() {
List<Customer> customers = database.getCustomers();
return Response.ok(customers).build();
}
}```
