coldsnap upload sometimes takes minutes instead of seconds when uploading an image in github actions

Unfortunately I don't have much other info than

"Sometimes coldsnap will take extremely long to upload a file"

it doesn't help that coldsnap has zero logs whatsoever in non-interactive mode.

Most of the time uploads are very quick. But sometimes they get stuck.

Thanks for reporting this. We'll look into adding additional logs and try to reproduce the issue.
