Differentiating requirements annotated as TODO

I guess sometimes there're good reasons to annotate requirements as TODO rather than leave them not annotated at all. I think it would be great to also differentiate them by coloring the TODOs differently. That would make spotting either TODOs or requirements that are missing annotations so much easier if they coexist in the report (and they probably will).
