KIT Environment controlplane node doesn't have provider id #247

KIT Environment controlplane node doesn't have provider id in the kubernetes node spec. Karpenter provisioning nodes have provider id and usually any k8s node has provider-id. Some of the addon controllers rely on this field to work appropriately.
