CRT binding Headers struct does not properly implement Send and Sync. @passaro noticed that we do not meet the assumptions made in safety comments (#1205 (comment)).

We don't believe this will currently cause any issues in Mountpoint, however future changes could trigger incorrect behavior. The type should be reviewed and changes proposed.
