RancherOS 1.5.8 - Do not finish the boot process

Hi!
I'm having problem with RancherOS 1.5.8.
The VM are all created but all of the nodes do not finish the boot process (and give me the prompt, as expected)
Only the rancherserver VM finish correctly and show the login
The boot - finish as per pics attached, for all the nodes

It is possible to use another OS like Ubuntu or SLES, instead of RancherOS ?
If yes, which packages do the image need in order to work properly?

@picoroma I created this Terraform config so I could easily spin up disposable Rancher labs in vSphere, but have not tested with the RancherOS v1.5.8. You could edit this to use alternative OS distributions, but this is not intended for running anything more than a lab environment. For node requirements and docs on provisioning clusters, you can refer to the Rancher docs at https://rancher.com/docs/rancher/v2.x/en/cluster-provisioning/node-requirements/
