add the possibility to search by dates please

Some Twitters have a lot of messages, so they stop working halfway through, it would be good if it were possible to limit the date of the tweet search, thanks

I believe the search page of omot-server should be totally redesigned and reimplemented. What you propose is of course a good feature.
