Support a 3rd primary key (named extra field) through mysql-query-service

the goal is to support 3 primary keys at the same time by the mysql-query-service using the "extra id" field implemented here #3038

Expected behavior in creature-text:
a user should be able to manage 2 rows with the same GroupID but different IDs

Could be related (or the same) to #2242
