There should be a configurable option for minimum requirements for queueing, as no minimum requirements allows for folks who don't take the match seriously whatsoever (i.e. no gear, no talents, etc) to be matched with others.

Describe a possible solution to your feature or suggestion in detail

I would suggest a check that items are equipped in each slot, a check for any unallocated talents, and/or a minimum gear quality/score/something check to be added, all under config options.
