I've updated the metrics and included a demo with FlashList. However, it seems to be completely broken with dynamic size items. If anyone has any suggestions or could submit a PR to fix it, I would really appreciate it.

Might wanna make this more obvious on the readme. Dynamic sizes is rather important.

I meant to say that I couldn't use Flashlist with dynamic height children before, but Shadowlist works perfectly without needing to re-render the list to calculate the correct layout as most libraries do.
