A release for submission to bSI.

This Release represents the completion of the Infra Deployment Phase 1 Project which now included to the development and update of Concept Templates. Open work addressing property sets for railways is ongoing and will be published by the next incremental release.

The generated Documentation, incorporating the following computer interpretable listings:

Long form EXPRESS schema
Long form XSD Schema with inverse attributes XML
General Usage MVDXML
Properties and quantities as SPF
Properties and quantities as IFCXML
PSD-XML Properties as ZIP file
QTO-XML Quantities as ZIP file
short form EXPRESS schemas
from this release point is located and can be downloaded from bSI-InfraRoom/IFC-Documentation repository. Once the pull request to merge this release point is approved it shall be merged int the develop branch as the new baseline and merged into the main branch for the implementation of the IFC Checker tool.

Automatically generated listings can be downloaded from the Assets of workflows in the Actions tab.

Open issues and pull requests will be worked on and incorporated for a final draft. Only minor schema changes are still pending.
