Ability to translate strings into other languages

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently all strings send to MQTT are somewhat hardcoded, i.e. things like „Somewhat uncomfortable“ and other human-readable interpretation of data. This makes it somewhat more difficult to utilize these in non English speaking environments.

Describe the solution you'd like
It‘d be great if the strings could be separated into like one json file per language, so they can be translated. English could be used as fallback if a language doesn‘t exist and the language to use could be configurable as a command line parameter or in the config settings of the HA addon.
Contributors could then raise PRs to get new languages included.

Bump. Haven't had time to work on this, but it's something we should do.

Recognizing that my day job is taking 100% of my time these days, it's unlikely that I'll be able to investigate (much less implement this anytime soon). Adding the help-wanted label in case anyone else wants to take a crack at a PR.
